Hiya, I'm Steph, The Property Teacher!

I’m chuffed to bits you’re here on this page!

I’m an ex-teacher (13 years in the education sector) turned property investor and mentor, and let me tell you, my journey has anything by ordinary!

From teaching Shakespeare to teaching beginners how to invest in property - honestly, it's been unreal.

But I'm not here to give you a load of fluff or BS - life is too short for that. Property is not for the faint hearted but by God, is it worth it!

My Story

It all started back in 2016 when I took a leap of faith and bought my first property for ÂŁ190,000. I poured in another ÂŁ90,000 for renovations, and now that house is worth around ÂŁ450,000.

Not bad for a council kid. But trust me, it wasn’t all champagne and celebrations – I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs.

I kept thinking that there had to be more to life.

After years of being a secondary English teacher, I realised I wanted something different. Not better. Just different.

I always wondered how the hell everyone else did it... how did they escape the 9 to 5 rat race? It seemed impossible.

But I did it.

When I finally made the jump into property, I could finally be my own boss.

Did it come easy? F*ck no.

But was it worth it? Hell yes!

Call me selfish, but I get such a buzz when people succeed!

So I founded Property School. Improving someone’s life chances through education is one of the best feelings in the world.

I am privileged that I get to do it and I'll never take that for granted.

Yes, I eat, breathe, sleep, repeat... but I do value my time...

Outside of property, you won't find me spinning round in a fancy car or on a private yacht, you’ll find me exploring the UK in my campervan with my partner Phil and our two dogs, Azzie and Whip. I'm usually drinking wine out of a cup!

And when it’s time to celebrate a win, you can bet we’re treating ourselves to a nice meal and a bottle of champagne.

Or you'll find me drunk on karaoke... either/or really!Â
